I had a great herbal oil massage at Himalaya Therapy Spa. The warm oil felt very relaxing, and the therapist was very good at removing muscle pain. I play cricket often, so my shoulder gets stiff, but this massage really helped.

I had an amazing experience at Himalaya Therapy Spa! I booked a one-hour shoulder massage for £45, and it was worth every penny. As someone who plays cricket regularly, I often struggle with shoulder pain and stiffness, but the therapist did an incredible job relieving the tension.
Great massage! Had the 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was very therapeutic. The therapist was attentive and seemed to intuit areas of greater need. Highly recommend!
In terms of hygiene, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, this salon is excellent. The massage was high-quality and done with great care. I can confidently recommend it to anyone who wants to truly relax.
I was very impressed with this Spa as they offer a very relaxed and fully immersive massage session. The person who attended my needs was very attentive to my own physical problem and she attended to this with sympathy and understanding. Very good massage treatment.
Just visited this place today, it’s a lovey lady did the full body massage for me. My shoulders and back felt less painful and relaxed after the session.

Choosing a treatment, booking a session or wondering what to expect? Here are quick answers from our massage therapists.
Speak to UsMost people can enjoy massage, but please tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy, medication or recent injuries when you book. In some cases, we may suggest checking with your GP first.
It depends on what you need. A relaxing full body massage suits general stress and tiredness, deep tissue massage works on stubborn knots and tight areas, hot stone massage adds soothing warmth, and a head and shoulder massage is ideal for desk-related tension. Not sure? Our massage therapists will recommend the best option at your consultation.
A spa massage is designed around relaxation as much as muscle care. You get a calm setting, quality oils, unhurried pacing and often a heat treatment such as steam or a hot foot bath. It’s a good choice if you want to switch off completely.
No. A head massage is a relaxing treatment for the scalp, neck and shoulders, where many of us hold tension from screens and stress. It’s a short, restful option if you don’t want a full body massage. If you have frequent or severe headaches, please speak to your GP.
They’re warmed to a comfortable, soothing temperature, and your therapist tests them before doing a hot stone massage. Please tell us straight away if anything feels too warm, and let us know if you have diabetes, reduced skin sensation or a circulation or heart condition.
Cupping uses gentle suction cups on the skin, usually on the back, to lift and stretch tight muscle. You’ll feel a pulling or tight sensation, but it shouldn’t hurt. Temporary round marks are normal and usually fade within a few days. Tell us if you bruise easily or take blood-thinning medication.
Ear candling is a gentle, relaxing treatment that many guests enjoy for its warmth and quiet. It isn’t a medical treatment, and it shouldn’t be used to treat earwax, hearing problems or ear infections. If you have ear pain, discharge, grommets or any hearing concerns, please see your GP first and tell us when you book.
Heat treatments aren’t suitable for everyone. Please tell us if you’re pregnant, unwell, have a heart or blood pressure condition, or take medication that affects how you respond to heat. Drink water before and after your session.
